A father in Shanghai came up with a customized baby pod that's meant to protect his child from Coronavirus.

The father of a two-month-old baby in Shangai created a custom-built pod that has an air purification system to protect his baby from coronavirus. Since Covid-19 seems to be riskier for those who are old, or under 10 years old, this baby pod is a good and innovative solution to keep his baby safe!

The father, Cao Junjie, used a cat carrier to make the sealable pod that has an air-quality monitor that displays the levels of carbon dioxide. Cao's wife, Fang Lulu, said she initially wasn't sure how comfortable the baby would be inside the pod.

Cao told syfy.com, “Because I like scientific movies and games, the structure of the cabin is similar to the game Death Stranding, it’s the reference for my cabin." For the uninitiated, the game is based in a post-apocalyptic world. It features a baby pod that the protagonist, played by Norman Reedus carries.
