People on social media share their reactions after the news of Elon Musk surpassing Jeff Bezos as the richest man goes viral.

The co-owner of Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk takes over Amazon's Jeff Bezos to become the richest man in the world. With a current net worth of $184 billion Musk tops the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, a ranking of the world's 500 wealthiest people. Tesla's company value rose to more than 700% in 2020 and it continues to surge.

According to Bloomberg Billionaires Index, the world's 500 richest people added a record $1.8 trillion to their combined net worth last year. In 2020, Tesla delivered 499,550 vehicles, while its most recent number was 5,00,000.

Musk crossed Microsoft co-founder, Bill Gates to become the second-richest person in the world last November. And now he has left Jeff Besos behind to take the first place. Memers and major Musk admirers did not shy away from sharing their reactions to the news in their own creative way.
