We don't live in the perfect world, there's a lot that's wrong with it but we're changing. And we've learnt to appreciate the world around us and make it better in our own ways. We've also progressed in our capabilities to accept others and love them and their choices. However, what most of us haven't even begun to learn is to be kind to ourselves and our bodies. But there are people out there who are trying to change that and bring us closer to embracing ourselves. One such Insta famous personality is, the Nude Yoga Girl.

I'm a yoga teacher now and I want to share my 5 favorite things from my teacher training with you! ? ❤️ 1. People. Our group was amazing - everyone was so different but still we were like soulmates who understand each other. I was actually the youngest and I learned so much from everyone. I'm really grateful about the teacher(s) and the close tribe we became during a year. ❤️ 2. This journey was about me too. I learned a lot about myself. The year was full of emotions and I realized for example how sensitivie I am. I accepted that being higly sensitive can also be my power. ❤️ 3. I became even more interested and learned so much about pranayama, traditioal chinese medicine, chakra system... And mantras and sutras, everything I wasn't sure about when I started the training. I think I want to learn as much possible and this is just beginning. ❤️ 4. I WANT TO SHARE. Now I feel I need to share this amazing message of yoga. I found confidence that I can teach classes. ❤️ 5. The whole experience. The idea matured with time and I'm proud of myself for doing the training. I feel I know better now, what I want more into my life. #NUEDisnormal

While we and most of her 1 million followers see it for a liberating and positive initiative, there are some who find the combination of yoga and nudity to be demeaning to the former. However, the model who hasn't revealed her name said in a previous interview with the NY Mag, "My biggest issue in the past was that I saw faults in my body all the time, and that made it impossible for me to love myself fully. Yoga helped me accept my body exactly the way it is. With my account, I want to inspire people to realize that everybody is very beautiful and capable of amazing things with their bodies."

Do you take time daily to do nothing? To just relax without processing any thoughts and letting yourself just enjoy the moment without feeling bad about it!? ❤️ I went to an acupuncture session and learned that I have a Yin deficiency (shortly it means that I'm too restless). I realised that I never give myself permission to just be. I stress a lot and that's one of my biggest challanges, especially on months like this one... I feel like there is not enough time and I feel tense. ❤️ That's why today I wanted to remind myself and you of the importance of "me" time. For me the best way to relax my mind is reading a novel. It makes me forget about my own life for a while! But I usually let myself read novels just on holidays... A part of me has always demanded that I need to read "useful" nonficition books more. ❤️ The world is going fast and our every day life is performance oriented, so maybe the best thing for our health is to own a little moment DAILY to do "nothing".? ❤️ What makes you lose track of time? ❤️ #NUEDisnormal

1 MILLION!! ?❤️ Thank you so much for being here! Once I thought about showing my face if this moment would come. About smiling to you and just saying hi. But would you like to see my face? Let me know below what you think! ? ❤️ I've had a bigger mission on my mind all the time since I started 3.5 years ago... I hope you take time to celebrate your beautiful, unique self! I also wish to show that nudity can be artistic, natural and so much more. #NUEDisnormal ❤️ I'm so grateful for the community which we have created all together. And especially grateful for YOU - for sharing this journey with me. I hope you will always feel like you can find support and encouragement on here. Maybe 1M followers is proof that the world is ready for a change. And I'm endlessly grateful for my boyfriend who has put his full heart to this and helps me with everything. ❤️ Lots of love and hugs to you! ?❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve talked with the amazing @aashkagoradia about the sexualisation & objectification of women in India. I wanted to share her thoughts with you. ❤ ”A new paradigm is shifting in our collective psyche. Stale mentalities are starting to whither and rightfully die. Necessary for an evolving society. . Exhaustingly and hypocritically, we as a society look down at broad displays of the female form as it appears in the moment. On screen, completely accepted (pending the budget of such displays crosses a certain 7-figure total). And the male form, no issue there - the more muscles, the better. But the female form...this angle of the topic is still being strangled to death by the perspectives of generations before us. The old diatribe of “Pura pheno, log kya kehenge?!” is still muttered in every household. . We have the Sari - of the most enchanting styles of garment in the world. The midriff blouse, highlighting the soft curves of a woman’s figure, is revered. It’s traditional! Conservative, you can say! But a bikini - oh no...baring a woman’s legs AND her stomach...”oh no,...too much.” And don’t even think of insinuating toplessness! . Thankfully, this toxic mindset is being swept back to the sea of history like the 5pm high tide. People are catching wise to social codes once accepted without question. “Why did we need to cover up?” Because men get ideas! Because men start thinking dirty thoughts! Because boys only think about one thing! . So I have to stifle my expression, my creativity, my art, because others have a problem. No, enough. I’m done with that. And you should be too. . On the very walls of our beloved Khajuraho Temple, or extremely popular museums, hundreds of graphic sexual scenarios can be seen by young and old. It’s woven into our culture. Yet it’s acceptance goes only as far as the grounds it lays on, charging a nominal fee to catch a glimpse. Then we depart, back to the world of “how a good Indian daughter behaves.” . The female form is the most beautiful of God’s creation. It is the vehicle to create life itself. Its expression should be celebrated. Not covered up.” ❤️ See my words on @aashkagoradia #NUEDisnormal

The amazing @abigail_pande from India joined #NUEDisnormal and I’m so grateful for her courage to speak up in a country where nudity is mostly compared to pornography. Where women are objectified and sexualised just according to what they are wearing. Thank you for helping change happen and being such an inspiration. This is what she wrote on her page: ❤ ‘’My many words may not be able to express how much I appreciate what @nude_yogagirl is doing.  Many of You may not resonate with her insta handle but don’t we all know how attractive headlines and titles walk you towards what a person is trying to express, do we not know that judging a book by its cover is not the ultimate climax, so yeah! Nude and yoga might not have anything in common but it’s expression together may mean world to people who experience it, I was shy and scared and fearful of taking a shot that might make me feel liberated. Only because I kept thinking what others would think, my friend and also my photographer plus bodyguard in the moment @aashkagoradia said “Abby, let go off the fear of what others think, it won’t make you feel empowered.” Just in that moment I let go off, in my mind I knew there is no watching me but me, and just in that moment I had to let go, for me.  Here’s my story what’s yours?”❤ ❤ Read my words on her page! @abigail_pande

Do you discover new sides about yourself constantly? I’m not sure what’s going on (maybe my yoga teacher training) but lately I've recognized new sides/emotions for the first time in my life. I feel I've learned to understand myself even better. (Despite of already thinking 5 years ago that my self-knowledge is great...?) ❤️ During this year I've learned for example that I'm more introvert, I'm higly sensitive and there was some anger/sorrow inside me that I had to let go off. I really think that writing is an amazing tool to understand and break things down. ❤️ We change throughout our lives. We learn from experiences, different life cycles, unfamiliar situations and new relationships. ❤️ What have you learned about yourself this year?❤️ #NUEDisnormal

I’m 29. Second of 5 siblings. Introvert but kind of social. I'm tall. I love flowers, have fresh ones at home all the time. We've been together for 5 years. He takes all my photos. I'm more romantic. ❤️ Went to university twice, didn't finish it. Still life-long learning is the best. I’m a bit of a sugar addict. Should eat more protein. Don't have children, hopefully one day. You will notice! I like drama movies and reading memoirs. Watched Game of Thrones. I've never been a dancer. ❤️ I’m pisces and vata if you are into horoscopes or Ayurveda. Never visited Japan, Australia or Brazil but I would like to go. I started this account 3,5 years ago, it’s been an amazing journey with you. I'm excited about #NUEDisnormal . ❤️ Tell me something about yourself? ? I would love to know!
