The Oscars have always been a prestigious ceremony that the world of cinema looks forward to every year. People from every part of the industry and from all around the world come together under one roof to celebrate the best pieces of storytelling from that year. An Oscar is the biggest honor a filmmaker, actor, or technician could receive, attaching it to their name and changing their lives forever.

The 94th Academy Awards had some marvelous movies for winners this year such as CODA which is about the ups and downs faced by a deaf family. The Eyes of Tammy Faye gives you an insight into the famous American television personality Tammy Faye Bakker. King Richard shows us how a dedicated father, Richard Williams formed a concrete plan to make both his daughters Venus and Serena Williams champions in the world of tennis. Adapted from Frank Herbert’s extraordinary science fiction novel, Dune is about the son of a noble family, who is responsible for the protection of the most valuable asset in the galaxy. The Power Of Dog portrays the family conflicts of Phil Burbank until he discovers the possibility of love. West Side Story is a musical about love at first sight between Tony and Maria in the backdrop of 50s New York and two rival gangs trying to rule the streets. Drive My Car where an aging, widowed actor looking for a driver comes across a 20-year-old girl, and a heart-warming relationship between the two is formed. Or Cruella which depicts the live-action villain origin story of 101-Dalmations' Cruella De Vil.

All of these above-mentioned films and many others fall into different categories of genres and premises, intriguing enough to keep you hooked from the start till the end. Every minute of these movies exudes excellence and is a culmination of hard work by every person on set.
