It was last year that Netflix launched its original - Sacred Games. The show instantly took off and became a hit with Indian audiences. The raw appeal, realistic characters, unexpected plot twists, and cliffhangers made it all the more appealing for the viewers. Not just the show but every character developed a separate fanbase and left people wanting more with each passing episode. The first season ended with a lot of tough endings and twists there was no coming back from. But instead of letting the fans down, it has only managed to get them all the more excited.
It wasn't long ago that the makers revealed thesecond season would be released on 15th August 2019. Post which they also dropped a trailer which had fans going crazy and led to a plethora of memes being flooded on social media. It isn't just another release, it is one of the most anticipated web series to go on air this year.
It was on 22nd July 2019 that Netflix India decided to give us a better peek at the characters we'll be going on the crazy ride with. They did so with some kickass retro avatars of the central characters and you might have to take a second look to even recognize some of them.
