Check out as we celebrate today as Shah Ruk Khan's Day as two of his most iconic films DDLJ and Don celebrate their 25 and 14 year anniversary respectively today.

Although it has been difficult for 14 years to catch one of Shah Ruk Khan's character, other just managed to get hold of our feelings for 25 years that we have not been able to let go. Shah Ruk is undeniably one of the finest actors that Indian cinema has seen. Apart from the roles that he projects on screen, SRK has been able to maintain his aura outside making himself a brand that millions admire every day. We can truly celebrate today as Shah Ruk Khan's day as we remember two of his iconic characters.

Among all his roles and characters that left an impact in our lives, we can uniformly agree that Raj and Don stand at a special place. Of all the romances and crimes of the world, there is nothing that could beat the charm of Raj and the intensity of Don.

Raj made him the 'King of Romance' as he showed us ways to win a girl's heart. His sweet and romantic gestures went on to become our parameter to realise our 'ho gaya hai tujhko toh pyaar sajna' moment. And it is still never getting old to find us enjoying weddings while a bunch of cousins sing and dance to Dilwale Dhulaniya Le Jayenge. Raj Malhotra is that loving character who falls in love with a stranger and is prepared to do all he can to convince her family. We aren't exaggerating when we say that it is impossible to not sing 'tujhe dekha toh yeh jana sanam' when we see 'Sarson k khet'. Millions of girls still find themselves become weak at their knees and his 'open arms' cannot contain all the love.

While Raj made his love unforgettable, Don made it na mumkin to forget his hate. A crime master and a wanted criminal, Don is nothing like Raj but they both make it hard to hold on to our hearts. Don made the world chase after him and always triumphed with all his sinister tactics. Even after 14 years, he remains as the classy criminal whose rugged face and charming smile can win over any guns and bullets.
