Howzat? Kohli makes India proud again!

On Tuesday 22nd, Virat Kohli made a clean sweep and won ICC's top awards along with the captain of test team and ODI team of the year.

Kohli had a marvelous run in 2018 and began 2019 with the same thunder, he became the first Indian captain to win a Test series in Australia in 71 years.

Its the second year in the row Kohli was awarded cricketer and ODI player of the year. Kohli made history by being the first player to bag the 3 Top honors of ICC - the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy for ICC Cricketer of the Year, the ICC Men's Test Player of the Year and the ICC ODI Player of the Year.

Indian player Rishabh Pant was awarded ICC's Emerging player of the year. In addition to three India players namely Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant and Jasprit Bumhra made it to the ICC Test team of 2018 while four - Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Kuldeep Yadav, and Jasprit Bumrah were included in the ODI Team. Kohli and Bumrah made it to both teams.
