A festival organised by the Government of Meghalaya’s Forest & Environment Department as well as by the Institute of Bioresources & Sustainable Development (IBSD) in collaboration with Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), India’s cherry blossom festival is set to take place from November 13th to 16th in Shillong, Meghalaya. This will be the 4th year of Shillong celebrating the picturesque autumn-flowering in the state of Meghalaya. Japan is the official country partner for India’s Cherry Blossom Festival.
